Oleg Ivanov is a Russian citizen with a background as a deck officer and has a strong background, as well, in Marine HR, with significant operational and strategic experience. He previously lived abroad when he was the crew manager at V.Ships in Hamburg, Germany, and crew manager in the Clipper Marine Services in Copenhagen, Denmark. Later, he built up Clipper Working Group offices in Russia.
