Business as usual after missile attack

On Wednesday morning several Russian missiles hit buildings close to Danica’s office in Odesa. Although sadly the attack caused fatalities, fortunately all our Danica staff are safe and unhurt. Our office is not operational at present because the windows have been blown in, the ceiling has fallen in some places, and the ventilation system has been damaged.

However, our brave Ukrainian staff are working from home and there has been no interruption to services at all. The office will return to normal operations again soon.

When the Russian war against Ukraine started we amended some of our service delivery, moving 25 employees from our Odesa office to our other office locations, so only 10 Danica team members remain in Odesa.

Danica Crewing Specialists global team is more than 55 staff strong and we have offices in several countries, including Hamburg, Limassol, Batumi, Mumbai and Manila. All our offices, as well as staff working from home, are fully connected via our state-of-art, cyber-secure IT platform, thereby enabling them to operate as one team delivering seamless 24×7 services to our clients.
