Every candidate is subject to the same strict screening standards, applied consistently across all nationalities. Behind this process is a dedicated recruitment team of more than 20 recruiters, interviewers, and assistants working closely together.
The team is led by Yulia Filchukova, Danica’s Global Recruitment Manager, who has been with the company since it began in 2013 and brings more than 20 years of seafarer recruitment experience. All Danica recruiters have a minimum of five years’ experience in maritime recruitment.
Our recruitment specialists are supported by experienced captains and chief engineers, who conduct final interviews after candidates pass english language and professional knowledge tests.
