This year, Danica Maritime marks 13 years of partnering with shipping companies and seafarers across the maritime industry.
During this time we have connected thousands of competent seafarers with some of the world’s leading shipping companies, helping maintain safe, efficient, and reliable operations at sea. Reaching this milestone is something we are proud of and is the result of building long-term relationships, trust, and shared success.
One of the strongest signs of that trust is loyalty. More than 150 officers who joined Danica in the early years are still with us today, having built their entire seagoing careers through us. Some have progressed all the way from junior ranks to shore-based positions such as superintendents and technical managers. Their development reflects not only personal commitment and ability, but also the value of long-term career planning and strong cooperation between crew, client, and crewing partner.
We are equally proud of the long-standing relationships we have built with our clients. Several shipping companies have worked with Danica throughout our entire journey, reflecting an approach based not on transactional supply, but on partnership and integration.
