Danica Crewing Specialists will be busy spreading the word on major issues for maritime crewing soon, as both Henrik Jensen, Founder and CEO, and Yuliia Filchukova, Global Recruitment Manager, will be speaking at the 1st CSN Northern European Crewing Conference in Hamburg, Germany on September 9th.
“Empowering Seafarers: Innovations in Welfare, Training, and Digital Transformation” is the theme of the event.
The conference is expected to attract ship owners, ship managers, airlines, travel agencies, HR recruitment agencies, crewing companies and associated solution providers from around the world.
Henrik Jensen is both co-chairing the event and moderating the panel discussion: “Smart Spending: How to Control Crewing Costs Without Compromising Quality.”
Yuliia Filchukova will be taking part in the panel discussion: “From Hype to Help: Where AI Is Really Impacting Crewing.”
