Crew360 is Danica's full-service crew management solution, individually designed to fit each client's specific needs. You can choose an all-in crew management package or cherry-pick from our range of services, including crew logistics, payroll, competence management and more.

We are not a 3rd-party manager. Crew360 is a 1st-party crew management service where we continuously collaborate and integrate with your organisation to keep competent crew onboard, delivering efficient, cost-effective operations for your fleet.

Danica is large enough to have the resources and benefit from economies of scale, but we fully understand the importance of close contact to our clients, who all have direct access to Danica's senior management. An experienced Danica Crewing Manager will handle daily operations, supported by our large team of crewing specialists.

We understand that owners operate their vessels in very individual ways. We can design the services to match your needs by adding any other item you'd like us to handle or removing any task you prefer to keep within your organisation.

• Secure the lowest fares for air travel by tendering all air travel with three different travel agencies.
• Danica crew competence management system on your vessels, building a promotion pipeline and supporting crew development.
• Provide full payroll administration, including payment of allotments and onboard accounting and cashbox.
