FAQ

All offices shown here are Danica's own offices. They work to the same quality manual, screening process and documentation standards as our head office in Hamburg.

The office recruits officers and ratings from its own region for all main merchant vessel types, from cadets and ratings up to masters and chief engineers.

Candidates are interviewed by experienced recruitment captains and chief engineers, and pass reference checks, sea service verification, professional and English tests before entering our pool.
