Captain Oleksandr Kapitonov is a Ukrainian citizen. After graduating from Odesa National Maritime University, Oleksandr made a seagoing career with German, Swiss, and US owners, ending as a Master before he came ashore as a supercargo. Oleksandr joined Danica in 2020 as a recruitment and training captain. Oleksandr took the helm at our Odesa office in 2023 as the Managing Director.
